Registration Fee and Entitlement

Full Delegate registration fee will include all Conference documentation and attendance at all sessions (except for Temporal Bone Workshop), lunch and coffee/tea breaks on each Conference Day (where applicable).

Day Delegate registration fee is for participants who attend the Conference on a session for less than 3 days. All social activities are not included and will be separately charged for those who wish to attend a particular function.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all Full Delegate attending the entire Conference.

An official letter of invitation will be sent upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangements only. This letter does not imply the provision of any support, financial or otherwise.
